Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Start your two-day excursion by leaving Delhi in the morning and travelling 150 kilometres (around three hours) to Mathura. See the Dwarkadhish Temple, a must-see for believers, and the Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple, said to be Lord Krishna's birthplace. Afterwards, go to Vrindavan, which is 15 kilometres from Mathura, to see the well-known Banke Bihari Temple, renowned for its distinctive architecture and exquisite interiors. Visit the ISKCON Temple as well, which is another popular sight in Vrindavan. Take an optional boat trip and take in the Aarti ritual at Yamuna River in the evening. Both Mathura and Vrindavan we provide overnight accommodations.

Day 2

Go early in the morning to Agra, which is around 55 km from Mathura and takes 1.5 hours to get there by car. The Taj Mahal, a well-known landmark and one of the world's seven wonders, may be seen in person. Then, tour the Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its spectacular architecture and rich history. Visit Itmad-ud-Daula, sometimes called the Baby Taj, and take in its splendour. Visit Mehtab Bagh in the evening for a stunning view of the Taj Mahal at dusk. Return to Delhi, which is around 230 kilometres (km) and takes about 4 hours to go from Agra. Before drafting your schedule, remember to verify the attractions' opening and closing timings.
