The budget number is real — it just isn't the same trip. We'd rather you know that now than at a hotel reception in Vrindavan.
You're Booking With Us, Not A Marketplace
The person who answers your WhatsApp is the person who plans your trip — and the person who picks up the phone if something goes wrong at 9pm in Barsana.
We're registered in Uttar Pradesh, not a Delhi call centre. Braj is where we work — and we've been running trips since 2018.
What does not happen
- No call-centre handoff
- No enquiry sold on to three operators
- No “our travel partner will contact you shortly”
Five towns, seven days, one vehicle.
Send us your dates and we'll come back with the full route, the hotels we'd book and a fixed price — usually the same day.
Your Seven Days, Hour by Hour
Pick any day to see it in full — morning to night, including the drives. Every yatra is still adjusted to your arrival time, your group and the temple timings on your actual dates.
Written with the Delhi night on Day 1, for guests flying in. If your Delhi night sits on Day 7 instead, we swap Day 1 and Day 7 and re-check the drive times with you before you pay.
Arrive Delhi
Land, and Stop Moving
Airport pickup and check in at Lemon Tree Premier, Aerocity. If you have flown in that morning, you are five minutes from the terminal rather than ninety minutes across Delhi.
We meet you at Delhi airport — terminal, time and flight number confirmed in advance
On arrival
Airport pickup
Your driver meets you at the terminal. Aerocity is five minutes away, which is the entire reason the first night is booked there rather than in the city.
Afternoon
Check in at Lemon Tree Premier, Aerocity
Nothing is scheduled. A long-haul arrival followed by a day of temples is how a yatra starts badly, so day one is deliberately empty.
Evening
Dinner at the hotel
Dinner is included tonight and every night. Sleep, because tomorrow is a three-hour drive and a full day in Mathura.
An early start tomorrow for the drive into Braj
- Airport pickup
- 5 minutes from the terminal
- No sightseeing on day one

Why This Week Works

Bhakti and the Ganga in one week. The intimate temple devotion of Braj, followed by the open river, the evening aartis and the yoga capital of Rishikesh — a gentle, soulful pairing that suits seekers and wellness travellers as much as pilgrims.
Two pilgrimages, one vehicle
Braj and the Ganga are usually sold as separate trips. Doing them back to back in one week means one booking, one driver and no rearranging your leave twice.
Built around aarti times, not the map
Braj temples close at midday; the Haridwar and Rishikesh aartis are at dusk. The day plan is sequenced around both, which is why nothing on this trip feels rushed.
A pace that suits every age
Both hilltop temples at Haridwar are done by ropeway, the long transfer sits on its own day, and the last morning is yoga rather than sightseeing. Seniors travel this route comfortably.
One team from pickup to drop
The person who sends your quote is the person who answers on day four when you are somewhere on the road between Delhi and Haridwar. No handoffs, no call centre.
Exactly What Is Included
And, just as clearly, what is not. Tap any line to see the detail behind it — your written quote repeats all of this before you pay anything.
Included
In the price, every time. No asterisks.
Not Included
Said upfront, so nothing appears later.
Travelling with children? An extra bed, or a child occupying a seat, is quoted separately. Tell us their ages when you enquire and we price it before you pay anything.

All of the above, GST included · no hidden costs
₹39,500per person
GST included. No hidden costs — tolls, parking, state taxes and driver allowance are already inside this figure.
Want the exact figure for your group?
Hotel category, group size and dates are all that change the price. Send us those three and you'll have a written quote — no advance needed to see it.
Three Things We Tell Every Guest
Before you book, not after you arrive.
- 1
River rafting at Rishikesh is seasonal and closes during the monsoon. We confirm what is actually running on your dates rather than promising it in advance.
- 2
Braj temples close in the middle of the day, and the Haridwar and Rishikesh aartis are in the evening. The pace is planned around both, which is why some afternoons are deliberately quiet.
- 3
We are honest about the Yamuna at Braj. The living river experience on this trip is the Ganga in Uttarakhand, and we would rather you hear that from us now than see it for yourself on day one.
Ask us anything before you decide.
Rafting on your dates, temple timings, hotels, the length of the day-four drive — you'll get a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
When To Travel
The route runs all year. These are the windows we would pick if the dates were ours.
- Best
February – April
Cool mornings in Braj, comfortable evenings on the ghats, and Holi at Barsana falls inside this window.
- Best
September – November
Post-monsoon: the Ganga is high and clear, the air is washed, and rafting reopens through this stretch.
- Plan carefully
May – August
Braj gets very hot before the rains, and the monsoon closes rafting. The trip still runs — we just shift more of it into the early morning.
Who This Yatra Is Built For
Spiritual seekers
Temple by temple, ghat by ghat, with time to actually sit still.
Wellness & yoga travellers
Rishikesh at the end, with a guided riverside session on the last morning.
NRI devotees
One trip home that covers both Braj and the Ganga, with everything arranged before you land.
Families
Ropeways instead of climbs, a gentle pace, and a vehicle that stays with you all week.

We wanted Vrindavan and Haridwar in the same trip and every other operator told us to do them separately. This team planned the whole week, the Delhi transfer was smooth, and we reached Har Ki Pauri with time to spare before the aarti.

I am 68 and was nervous about the hill temples. Both were done by ropeway and my guide walked at my pace throughout. The morning yoga at Rishikesh on the last day was the most peaceful hour of my year.

Govardhan and Barsana on day three were the highlight for our group of eleven. Mini-bus, luggage, breakfasts, all handled. Our guide grew up in Braj and it showed in every story he told.

They told us upfront that rafting might not run on our dates instead of selling it to us. That honesty is why we booked. Parmarth Niketan aarti with our children is a memory we will keep.

The hotel at Vrindavan was walking distance from Banke Bihari and the one at Rishikesh looked straight out over the river. Both chosen properly, not just booked cheaply.

Questions People Ask Before Booking
Isn't ₹39,500 high for Mathura and Haridwar?
It's the going rate for this itinerary at this standard — independent travel marketplaces price a 7-day Mathura–Vrindavan–Haridwar–Rishikesh trip in the ₹35,000 to ₹42,000 range per person. What varies isn't the destination. It's the hotel, the car, and whether the extras land on your bill later.
What exactly is included in the ₹39,500?
Six nights at the named hotels, breakfast and dinner daily, a private Innova Crysta with driver for all seven days, tolls, parking, state taxes and the driver allowance, a guide for all seven days, VIP darshan arrangements, Yamuna pujan and boating, Ganga Aarti arrangements, and all applicable GST. Lunch, air and train fares, insurance and personal expenses are not included.
Which hotels will we stay in?
Lemon Tree Premier Delhi Airport at Aerocity for the first night, three nights at the Radisson Hotel Vrindavan, one at Fortune Park Haridwar from the ITC Hotels' Group, and one at Lemon Tree Hotel Rishikesh in Tapovan. Your exact hotels are confirmed in writing before you pay the balance — never “or similar”.
My parents are seventy. Can they do this?
Yes, with planning. Govardhan parikrama is optional and can be done by vehicle. Barsana has a steep climb — we build the timing around it or skip it, your call. Vrindavan's temple lanes mean walking; we position the Innova as close as the police permit and the guide sets the pace. Tell us their mobility when you enquire and we'll mark the itinerary before you pay.
What does VIP darshan actually mean?
Our guide handles queue logistics, timing, and whatever priority-entry arrangement each temple genuinely offers on your dates. Temple administrations control access and the rules change on festival days — we'll tell you honestly what is and isn't possible for your dates before you pay a rupee.
How long is the drive from Vrindavan to Haridwar?
About eight hours, on day five. We keep it as a travel day and nothing else, and we schedule the Ganga Aarti for the following evening rather than rushing you to Har Ki Pauri on arrival. Dinner that night is at the hotel, because there is little else within walking distance of it.
Is the Innova Crysta private to our group?
Yes. The vehicle and the driver are yours alone for all seven days — not shared with another group, and not swapped for something smaller on the long day. The same driver who meets you at Delhi airport is the one who drops you back there.
When should we actually go?
October to March is the comfortable window for both Braj and Haridwar. Janmashtami and Kartik in Vrindavan are extraordinary and extremely crowded — book six to eight weeks ahead. Holi in Barsana needs longer still. Monsoon means thinner crowds and a fuller Ganga, but slower road days.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, under our published cancellation policy: cancel more than 30 days before travel for an 80% refund, between 7 and 30 days for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of travel are not refundable. If you would rather postpone than cancel, your advance can be held as credit against a new booking taken within one year.

Still deciding? Message someone who has done this route.

Neither of these puts you on a call list.
