Pricing Policy
No Refund in Case of Competitive Pricing
Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed, the rate at which the booking has been confirmed shall be final. Vrindavan Packages shall not entertain any requests for refund, adjustment, or compensation on the grounds that the guest has subsequently found a lower price or competitive offer for the same or similar services. Guests acknowledge and agree that fluctuations in market prices, promotional offers, or third-party discounts after booking shall not affect the contractually agreed booking amount.
Future Credit
Advance Retention & Future Booking Clause
If a guest cancels their booking but wishes to postpone the tour, the advance amount paid shall be retained by the Company as credit. This credit can be exclusively applied against a new tour booking with the Company, provided the new tour is booked and commenced within one (1) year from the original booking date.
- The guest is required to request revised tour details for the rescheduled dates.
- The itinerary, inclusions, and applicable prices may change depending on market, seasonal, or supplier rate variations at the time of re-booking.
- If the new tour's cost exceeds the retained advance, the difference must be paid by the guest.
- If the new tour's cost is less than the retained advance, no refund will be issued for the balance.
