Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our services for your travel experience. We understand that plans may change, and we are here to guide you through our cancellation and refund process. Please carefully review the following policy before making any changes to your reservation.
Cancellation Before 30 Days of Travel
If you cancel your tour reservation more than 30 days before the scheduled travel date, we will make a refund, minus a 20% cancellation fee of the total package cost. This fee is deducted to cover administrative and processing costs.
Cancellation Between 7 to 30 Days of Travel
For cancellations made between 7 to 30 days before the travel date, we will refund 50% of the total package cost. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Within 7 Days of Travel
If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the travel date, unfortunately, no refund will be provided. This policy is in place due to the close proximity to the travel date, as it is often not possible to rebook the tour or make alternative arrangements.
Force Majeure (Natural Calamities and Unforeseen Events)
In the event of natural calamities (such as floods, earthquakes, or roadblocks) or unforeseen circumstances (such as flight cancellations, delays, or strikes) that may disrupt your travel plans, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued. These situations are beyond our control, and we encourage customers to purchase travel insurance to cover such contingencies.
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service team at info@vrindavantoursandpackages.com . Make sure to provide all necessary details, including your booking reference number and contact information, to facilitate the cancellation process.
No Refund in Case of Competitive Pricing
Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed, the rate at which the booking has been confirmed shall be final. The Company shall not entertain any requests for refund, adjustment, or compensation on the grounds that the Guest has subsequently found a lower price or competitive offer for the same or similar services. Guests acknowledge and agree that fluctuations in market prices, promotional offers, or third‑party discounts after booking shall not affect the contractually agreed booking amount
Advance Retention & Future Booking Clause
If a Guest cancels their booking but wishes to postpone the tour, the advance amount paid shall be retained by the Company as credit. This credit can be exclusively applied against a new tour booking with the Company, provided the new tour is booked and commenced within one (1) year from the original booking date. The Guest is required to request revised tour details for the rescheduled dates, and acknowledges that the itinerary, inclusions, and applicable prices may change depending on market, seasonal, or supplier rate variations at the time of re-booking. If the new tour’s cost exceeds the retained advance, the difference must be paid by the Guest. If it is less, no refund will be issued for the balance.
