Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our services for your travel experience. We understand that plans may change, and we are here to guide you through our cancellation and refund process. Please carefully review the following policy before making any changes to your reservation.

Cancellation Before 30 Days of Travel

If you cancel your tour reservation more than 30 days before the scheduled travel date, we will refund the amount paid, minus a 10% cancellation fee. This fee is deducted to cover administrative and processing costs.

Cancellation Between 7 to 30 Days of Travel

For cancellations made between 7 to 30 days before the travel date, we will refund 50% of the advance token amount paid by the customer. The remaining 50% of the advance will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Within 7 Days of Travel

If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of the travel date, unfortunately, no refund will be provided. This policy is in place due to the close proximity to the travel date, as it is often not possible to rebook the tour or make alternative arrangements.

Force Majeure (Natural Calamities and Unforeseen Events)

In the event of natural calamities (such as floods, earthquakes, or roadblocks) or unforeseen circumstances (such as flight cancellations, delays, or strikes) that may disrupt your travel plans, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued. These situations are beyond our control, and we encourage customers to purchase travel insurance to cover such contingencies.

To cancel your reservation, please contact our customer service team at info@vrindavantoursandpackages.com . Make sure to provide all necessary details, including your booking reference number and contact information, to facilitate the cancellation process.

Special Conditions

• Cancellations made due to medical or personal emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to our support team to discuss any exceptional circumstances.

• Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
