Section 01
Eligibility to Use & Book Services
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking through Vrindavan Packages.
- By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- Users under the age of 18 may browse the site but are not permitted to make purchases or bookings.
Section 02
Our Role as a Tour Facilitator
- Vrindavan Packages acts as a facilitator of tour packages that may include third-party hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, and ticketing services.
- We work with trusted vendors (hotels, transport providers, ticket agents) but do not own or operate these services ourselves.
- Your contract for travel services may be partially fulfilled by these third-party providers, and their terms and conditions may also apply.

Booking Process
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized communication channels.
- You agree to provide complete and accurate information when making a booking.
- Upon booking, a confirmation will be sent to your provided email/phone number detailing your travel itinerary, inclusions, and contact info.
- Vrindavan Packages reserves the right to reject any booking that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or incomplete.
Section 04
Payment Terms
- Payments must be made through our secure third-party payment gateways.
- We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and other payment methods as mentioned on the website.
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful receipt of full or partial payment (as applicable).
- We do not store payment credentials on our servers.
- All payments must be completed prior to the commencement of the journey, unless otherwise agreed by our sales team.
- A minimum advance payment of 30%–50% of the total package must be made at the time of booking to secure reservations.
- The remaining balance shall be payable at the time of hotel check-in or at the start of the service.
- Failure or delay in required payments may result in suspension or cancellation of the tour at the company's discretion.
- No refund or cancellation is allowed once the tour has commenced, except in genuine medical emergencies reviewed on a case-to-case basis.
Section 05
Cancellations & Refunds
- Each tour/package may have its own cancellation policy, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp) to our customer support.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days, excluding payment gateway or processing charges.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows, missed departures, or changes in travel due to customer error.
- In case of a refund involving third-party vendors (like hotel/tickets), the refund will be subject to their individual policies.

Liability Disclaimer
- Vrindavan Packages is not liable for delays, service failures, overbookings, cancellations, or force majeure events caused by third-party vendors.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury, illness, or damage that occurs during your trip unless it directly results from our negligence.
- We do not guarantee the availability of all amenities listed in the tour package, especially in remote or seasonal areas.
- Travelers are advised to review local travel advisories and arrange personal insurance for travel, medical, or baggage risks.

Use of Website
- You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
- You must not post false or misleading information, attempt to interfere with the website's functionality, or access any part of the website for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for violations of these Terms.

Modifications to Itinerary or Service
- While we strive to keep all itineraries as confirmed, unforeseen situations (weather, strikes, government orders, etc.) may lead to changes.
- Vrindavan Packages reserves the right to alter the itinerary or accommodations in such cases with comparable alternatives.
- Customers will be informed of any significant changes as early as possible.

Force Majeure
- Vrindavan Packages shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government orders, or any other unforeseeable event.
- Force Majeure provisions apply equally to disruptions caused by third-party service providers such as hotels, transport companies, or guides.
- If a Force Majeure event occurs before tour commencement, we will offer either rescheduling/travel credit or a refund subject to non-recoverable costs already incurred.
- If a Force Majeure event occurs during an ongoing tour, Vrindavan Packages will make commercially reasonable efforts to arrange alternatives but will not refund non-refundable costs already utilized.
- We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering Force Majeure events.

Privacy Policy
- Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
- By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Section 11
International Use & Jurisdiction
- We welcome global users. However, you are responsible for complying with your local laws when accessing or using our services.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh courts.

Such acceptance forms a binding contract between the Guest and Vrindavan Packages.
