📌Quick Answer

A 7 day Mathura Vrindavan Agra Delhi tour package is a 6 night private pilgrimage that gives you three unhurried days in Braj, one full day at Agra for the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, and Delhi on both ends, all by private air conditioned car. This is the Braj first version of the trip, so it skips Jaipur and spends the extra time where it matters: Banke Bihari, Prem Mandir, Krishna Janmabhoomi, and a real Govardhan parikrama. Darshan at every temple is free, and no official Banke Bihari VIP pass exists, whatever other operators tell you. Prices depend on your hotel tier and group size . Package Overview

What's Inside the Mathura Vrindavan Agra Delhi Tour Package: The Honest Braj First Route from a Born Brajwasi

Jai Shri Krishna. I am Gurudutt, born in Gokul Mahaban Bangar, and I have guided pilgrims through Mathura, Vrindavan, and the wider Braj for more than fifty thousand journeys since 2018. I want to be honest with you from the first line, because the temple town is full of pretty websites that promise things Braj cannot give. This page is the version I would plan for my own relatives coming from far. It is written the way I actually run the trip, not the way it reads best on a brochure.

Most seven day tours that carry these four names quietly turn into a Golden Triangle with a Jaipur detour, and Braj becomes a rushed half day. This package does the opposite. It keeps all four places, but it is deliberately Braj first, because the reason a pilgrim travels to this land is Krishna, not the marble of Agra, lovely as the Taj is. If you want the Jaipur version, I keep that as a separate trip so neither one is diluted.

Itinerary

Full Day Experience
Guided Temple Visits

My driver meets you at the airport or the railway station with your name on a board and a confirmed fare already agreed. We move to your Delhi hotel so you can rest after the flight. If you land early and have energy, we do a gentle evening, perhaps Akshardham from outside or India Gate, nothing tiring. The real journey begins tomorrow. Overnight in Delhi.

Full Day Experience
Guided Temple Visits

After breakfast we take the Yamuna Expressway, a smooth six lane road that is kind to elders and children, and reach Vrindavan in roughly two and a half to four hours depending on when we clear Delhi. We settle into the hotel, then step into Vrindavan for the first darshan. Banke Bihari, Prem Mandir with its evening lights, and ISKCON Vrindavan are the anchors of this afternoon. As the sun drops we sit for the Yamuna aarti at Keshi Ghat. Overnight in Vrindavan or Mathura.

Full Day Experience
Guided Temple Visits

This is a full Krishna day. In Mathura we visit Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, the birthplace, and Dwarkadhish Temple, and we pause at Vishram Ghat where Krishna is believed to have rested. Back in Vrindavan we go deeper than the tour buses do, to Radha Raman where the akhand dhuni has burned since 1542, to Radha Vallabh, and to Nidhivan, which I present as living sacred belief and not as a ghost story. Overnight in Vrindavan or Mathura.

Full Day Experience
Guided Temple Visits

Today we circle Govardhan Hill. I say circle, not climb, because Govardhan is never climbed, it is revered by parikrama around it. Depending on your strength we do the full parikrama or the key darshan points by car with walking stretches. We visit Radha Kund and Shyam Kund and Kusum Sarovar, and if your legs and heart are willing we add Barsana and Nandgaon, the villages of Radha and Krishna. This is the day most seven day tours skip, and it is the day pilgrims remember most. Overnight in Vrindavan or Mathura.

Full Day Experience
Guided Temple Visits

After a Braj breakfast we drive to Agra on the expressway, roughly one and a half to two hours for about seventy kilometres. Agra is not open every day, so the plan bends around one hard fact: the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays. On an open day we see the Taj, then Agra Fort, and in the soft evening light Mehtab Bagh gives the calmest view of the Taj across the Yamuna. Overnight in Agra.

Because the Taj is shut every Friday, I quietly flip the days if your trip lands on one. Here is exactly how I do it, so you never lose the Taj and never sit in Agra on a closed day.

If the Agra day would fall on

How I flip the plan

A normal open day

Standard order: Braj days, then Agra on Day 5, then Delhi

A Friday

I move Agra to the next open day and pull an extra Braj day or Fatehpur Sikri forward, so Friday is spent in Braj or on the road, never staring at closed Taj gates

Your departure lands on a Friday

I front load the Taj earlier in the week and keep the final day for Delhi, so the Taj is already done before the closure

Full Day Experience
Guided Temple Visits

We check out and, traffic and interest permitting, stop at Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned Mughal capital about forty kilometres from Agra, before continuing to Delhi in roughly four hours. Evening is at leisure in Delhi. Overnight in Delhi.

Full Day Experience
Guided Temple Visits

Depending on your flight, we see a little of Delhi, perhaps Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, or the Lotus Temple, keeping in mind that the Lotus Temple and Red Fort are closed on Mondays. Then my driver takes you to the airport or station in good time. The trip ends where it began, but you carry Braj home with you.

Vrindavan — What Nobody Tells You Before You Arrive

Ground Truth — FROM SOMEONE WHO DOES THIS ROUTE WEEKLY
🛕

Banke Bihari Temple has no fixed darshan time on festival days — the temple opens and closes unpredictably during Holi, Janmashtami, and Radhashtami. Every year, tourists arrive to find a 3-hour queue or closed gates. Experience My India confirms temple schedules 24 hours before your visit.

🌅

Keshi Ghat at 5:30 AM is a different place than Keshi Ghat at 9 AM — at 5:30 AM you see local priests beginning their morning rituals. At 9 AM you see tourists taking selfies. The spiritual experience is in the first two hours of daylight. Your itinerary is scheduled to make this possible.

🚗

Mathura to Vrindavan takes 10 minutes or 45 minutes — depending on whether you leave before 8 AM or after. The Mathura-Vrindavan Road during peak hours turns a 12-km drive into a 45-minute crawl. All transfers in this package are timed around local traffic patterns.

Why Local Knowledge Changes Your Entire Experience

Ground Truth — THE EXPERIENCE NO OTHER OPERATOR EXPLAINS
🙏

Most pilgrims miss the best darshan window by 30 minutes — temples like Radha Raman and Govind Dev Ji have a 45-minute opening window in the morning where crowds are thin and priests have time for personal blessings. Arriving 30 minutes late means joining 400 people instead of 40.

📍

Vrindavan's lanes cannot be navigated by GPS — the old town's narrow galis are not mapped correctly on any navigation app. First-time visitors consistently end up at the wrong temple entrance or get lost between Seva Kunj and Nidhivan. Gurudutt's team has walked these lanes daily for 8+ years.

Know Before You Go

1

For us, Braj is not a tourist map. It is home. These temple lanes, crowded bazaars, evening aartis, and old ghats are part of our normal routine. That is exactly why our Sevan Days Agra Mathura Vrindavan Delhi Tour Package is planned with patience instead of pressure. We know which places become crowded at certain hours, where travelers need more rest time, and when a peaceful darshan is actually possible. The journey is kept comfortable so you can experience the feeling of the place rather than simply rushing through a checklist.

2

Inside Vrindavan, many roads around the temples remain closed for larger vehicles because thousands of devotees walk through these streets every day. Local movement mostly happens through e-rickshaws along with short walking stretches. Slowly moving through these narrow lanes gives a much more real experience of Vrindavan compared to sitting inside a car and passing everything quickly.

3

Monkeys are also a normal part of life in Vrindavan. You will spot them near temple gates, rooftops, electric wires, and market areas. There is nothing to panic about, but it is always better to keep sunglasses, mobile phones, purses, and food packets properly secured while walking around. These are small local precautions that genuinely help visitors avoid unnecessary stress during the trip.

4

To reach Dwarkadhish Temple, vehicles cannot directly enter the old market lanes near the temple area. Most visitors walk, take a cycle rickshaw or make a short boat crossing depending on the route they take. Rickshaw charges are generally 10-20 rupees per person. Boat charges are generally around 50-100 rupees per person.

5

The sacred Govardhan Parikrama is traditionally completed on foot by devotees. At the same time, we also understand that every traveler may not be physically comfortable walking the full route. Elderly guests or anyone needing assistance can comfortably use e-rickshaws during the parikrama. The idea is simple - everyone should be able to experience Braj peacefully and respectfully at their own comfort level.

6

Reaching Radha Rani Temple also involves a short uphill climb because buses and private vehicles cannot go directly to the temple entrance. Visitors usually choose between climbing the stairs, using the ropeway, or taking locally available bikes from the base area, which generally cost around ₹100 per person.

7

If your trip includes a visit to the Taj Mahal, it is important to remember that the monument remains closed every Friday because prayers are held at the mosque inside the complex.

8

The Taj Mahal ticket system has two separate parts. One ticket is required for the main monument entry, while another ticket for entering the Main Mausoleum is optional. General entry for Indian citizens and OCI card holders costs ₹50, with an extra fee of ₹200 for access to the mausoleum, for a total of ₹250. Visitors from SAARC and BIMSTEC countries will have to pay ₹540 for entry and ₹200 for the mausoleum, which will sum up to ₹740. International travelers from other countries pay ₹1,100 for the entry ticket and ₹200 extra for mausoleum access, making the total ₹1,300. Children below 15 years of age can enter free of cost, including access to the Main Mausoleum.

9

If your Delhi sightseeing falls on a Monday, a few places remain closed for visitors that day. Lotus Temple, Swaminarayan Akshardham, and the Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum stay closed on Mondays. However, Jantar Mantar remains open daily, and the Red Fort is now also open on Mondays after updated visitor rules by the Archaeological Survey of India.

10

For us, trust matters more than finishing sightseeing quickly. We do not believe in hidden charges, forced shopping stops, or overly packed schedules that leave travelers tired. Our effort is simply to make guests feel comfortable and cared for while exploring Agra and Braj, in the same way we would personally guide our own family members through these places.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to common questions about this tour package, so you can plan your Mathura–Vrindavan yatra with confidence.

What does the 7 day Mathura Vrindavan Agra Delhi tour package include?

It is a 6 night private trip covering three days in Braj, one full day in Agra for the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, and Delhi on arrival and departure, all by private air conditioned car. Darshan is free everywhere. Government monument tickets are extra and stated openly. Message +91 7302265809 for your exact plan.

Why does this package skip Jaipur?

Because it is the Braj first version. Adding Jaipur turns it into a Golden Triangle and squeezes Braj into a rushed half day. I keep Jaipur as a separate trip so neither the temples nor the forts are diluted. If you want Jaipur added, I can quote that route instead.

Is 7 days enough for Mathura, Vrindavan, Agra, and Delhi?

Yes, comfortably, if the plan is honest. Three Braj days, one Agra day, and Delhi on both ends is unhurried for most pilgrims. It is only tight if an operator also forces Jaipur into the same week, which this package deliberately does not.

Can I customise the itinerary?

Yes. This is a private tour, so days can be reshaped around your health, festival dates, or a special temple. Tell me on WhatsApp what matters most to you and I will rebuild the plan around it before you pay.

Where do we stay each night?

Two nights in Delhi across the trip, three nights in Vrindavan or Mathura, and one night in Agra, on twin sharing at your chosen hotel tier. Exact hotels are confirmed for your dates before booking.

Does the tour start and end in Delhi?

Yes, it is a loop from Delhi, so it suits pilgrims flying into Delhi from within India or abroad. If you prefer to start from Agra or arrive by train at Mathura, tell me and I will adjust the pickup.

Can the trip be shortened or extended?

Yes. Some pilgrims add Ayodhya, Barsana and Nandgaon, or an extra Braj day. Others want a tighter version. I quote each honestly rather than forcing one fixed length on everyone.

How much does the 7 day package cost?

The per person price depends on group size, hotel tier, and season, so I do not print a fake fixed number. Group size matters most because the car and guide cost is shared. Send me your traveller count and dates for one clear figure. Prices are Rs. 8,999.

Why can you not give a price on the page?

Because an honest seven day private tour with hotels, a full route car, and a guide cannot be a single same day rate. Any page showing one tiny price is usually hiding hotels, tolls, or tickets. I would rather quote you truthfully on WhatsApp.

Are monument tickets included?

No, and I say so plainly. Taj Mahal and other government monument tickets are paid to the government, so they are extra. I never fold them into my price and keep them, because that would not be honest.

How do I book?

Message or call +91 7302265809 with your dates, number of pilgrims, and hotel comfort. I confirm the plan and the fare, and only then take a booking. My working window is 8 AM to 9 PM India time.

Can NRI pilgrims pay from abroad?

Yes, and I quote with a US dollar equivalent so you can plan, with the day rate confirmed at booking. I answer NRI queries on WhatsApp within my working window so the time difference is never a barrier.

Is there a VIP darshan pass for Banke Bihari?

No. No official Banke Bihari VIP darshan pass exists. Darshan is free for everyone. Any operator selling a paid pass is selling access you cannot actually buy. What a real guide offers is timing and crowd knowledge, not a fake ticket.

Is darshan free at the temples?

Yes, darshan is free at every temple in Braj and Mathura. You may personally choose to donate inside a temple, but no entry payment is required, and I never charge you for access that is free.

Which temples are covered in Vrindavan?

Banke Bihari, Prem Mandir, ISKCON Vrindavan, Radha Raman, and Radha Vallabh are the anchors, with Nidhivan and others as time allows. In Mathura we cover Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Dwarkadhish. Read my temple guides for each shrine's story.

Is there a daily Mangala Aarti at Banke Bihari?

No. The early Mangala Aarti at Banke Bihari happens only on rare festival occasions, not every day. Please do not trust a page that promises it each morning, because it will disappoint you.

Do we do the Govardhan parikrama?

Yes, on the Braj day, and Govardhan is circled by parikrama, never climbed. Depending on your strength we do the full walk or the key points by car with short walks. For seniors I keep this day flexible.

What is special about Radha Raman Temple?

The original deity has never been moved, and the akhand dhuni, the sacred fire, has burned there since 1542. It is one of the most authentic darshans in Vrindavan, and I always include it for pilgrims who want depth over spectacle.

Can we see the Yamuna aarti?

Yes, we sit for the Yamuna aarti at Keshi Ghat in the evening, seasonal timing permitting. It is one of the quietest, most moving moments of the trip, and I plan the day so you are not rushing to reach it.

Is the Taj Mahal open every day?

No. The Taj Mahal is closed every Friday. I plan the Agra day around this hard fact, so if your trip touches a Friday, I reshuffle the itinerary so you never lose the Taj.

Are Taj Mahal tickets included in the package?

No. The Taj ticket is paid to the government and is extra. I state this openly rather than hiding it in the price. Camera and video fees at the monument are also separate.

What else do we see in Agra besides the Taj?

Agra Fort, the great red sandstone fortress, and Mehtab Bagh across the Yamuna for the calmest Taj view at soft light. Time permitting we also see Itmad ud Daulah, often called the baby Taj.

Do we visit Fatehpur Sikri?

Yes, traffic and interest permitting, on the drive from Agra back to Delhi. It is the abandoned Mughal capital about forty kilometres from Agra, and it makes a natural stop rather than a separate day.

What if the Taj or a temple is closed for a VIP visit on our day?

It happens, especially around festivals and official movements. Because I am local and plan live, I reshuffle the day so you visit an open shrine first and return when access reopens. You lose a little time, never the darshan, and I never charge extra for the reshuffle.

Is one day enough for Agra?

Yes for the Taj, Agra Fort, and Mehtab Bagh at a relaxed pace. This package gives Agra a full day precisely so you are not sprinting through the Taj, which is the mistake rushed tours make.

How far is Delhi from Mathura and Vrindavan?

About one hundred sixty to one hundred eighty kilometres by the Yamuna Expressway, usually two and a half to four hours depending on when we clear Delhi. Leaving early makes the journey easier, especially for families.

What vehicle is used for the tour?

A private air conditioned car for your group for the whole route, Delhi to Braj to Agra to Delhi. It is not shared with strangers, and the driver, fuel, tolls, and parking are all included in my fare.

Can I do this trip by train instead?

You can reach Mathura by train, since Mathura Junction is the railhead and Vrindavan is about twelve to fifteen kilometres away, but you still need local transport inside Braj. Many pilgrims arrive by train and let me handle the ground trip.

Which trains reach Mathura from Delhi?

Gatimaan Express, Shatabdi, and Taj Express are the usual choices, reaching Mathura in roughly one and a half to two and a half hours. Always confirm live timings on IRCTC, as schedules change. I arrange Mathura station pickup.

Is the car exclusively ours, or shared with strangers?

Exclusively yours. The car is for your group alone for the whole route, so you set the pace, stop when an elder needs a break, and never wait on other travellers. It is a private tour in the real sense, not a shared seat sold as private.

Who handles tolls and parking?

I do. Tolls, parking, driver charges, and fuel are all inside my fare, so there is no roadside bargaining and no surprise charge at a barrier. You travel without touching your wallet on the road.

What is the best time for this tour?

Roughly November to February, when it is cool enough to walk a parikrama and sit at a ghat. October and March are still pleasant. April to June is hot, and the monsoon is humid, though it has its own quiet beauty.

Should I visit during Janmashtami?

You can, and it is unforgettable, but Braj becomes an ocean of people and hotels fill months ahead. Also, Janmashtami is sometimes observed on two dates in one year, and I plan around whichever your tradition follows without taking a side.

What is Holi like in Mathura and Vrindavan?

It is the most famous Holi in India, joyful and overwhelming in equal measure. If you want it, book very early and expect crowds. If you want calm darshan, I would gently steer you to another week.

What happens if it rains on the Govardhan parikrama day?

We adapt, we do not cancel your darshan. On a wet day I shift more of Govardhan to the car with short covered walks at the key points, and if the rain is heavy I swap that day with a temple heavy day and return to Govardhan when it clears. Your parikrama is protected.

How far ahead should I book for a festival trip?

For Janmashtami or Holi, several months, because hotels and cars in Braj are gone early. For a normal winter week, a few weeks is usually enough. Message me and I will tell you honestly what is still available.

Will temples be more crowded on weekends?

Yes, weekends and public holidays draw far bigger crowds, especially at Banke Bihari. If your dates are flexible, a weekday darshan is calmer, and I plan the day to catch the quieter windows.

Is this trip suitable for senior citizens?

Yes, it is one of the trips I plan most for elders. The expressway is smooth, breaks are frequent, and I never stack too many temples into one stretch. The Govardhan day stays flexible with car and short walks.

Is it good for families with children?

Yes. The pace is gentle, the car is private, and clean food plazas on the expressway make breaks easy. Tell me the ages of your children and I will adjust the daily rhythm so no one is overtired.

Can you help wheelchair users?

Yes, but tell me before booking. Some Vrindavan lanes are too narrow for a car, so I plan drop points and helpers in advance so no one is stranded at a temple gate. Honesty about mobility helps me plan well.

Can you arrange a female guide or attendant for the ladies in our group?

Yes, on request, subject to availability, so please ask when you book. Many family and senior groups want a woman attendant for comfort at temples and rest stops, and I arrange it in advance rather than leaving it to chance on the day.

How do NRI pilgrims coordinate across time zones?

I answer on WhatsApp within my working window of 8 AM to 9 PM India time, and I confirm your fare and pickup in advance so the time difference never causes a problem. Many of my pilgrims plan entirely from abroad.

Can you pick us up from Delhi airport?

Yes, airport and railway station pickup and drop are included, with a confirmed fare and a driver holding your name. You will not negotiate with anyone on arrival, which matters most when you land tired.

Why should I trust Experience My India over other operators?

Because I am a born Brajwasi from Gokul Mahaban Bangar and have guided more than fifty thousand pilgrims since 2018. I put the uncomfortable truths in writing, like free darshan and no VIP pass, which copied websites will not do.

Are the touts at Radha Kund a real problem?

Yes, Radha Kund and some parking areas have touts. As a local I keep you clear of them, so you are not pressured into payments or fake services. This is exactly where a Braj native guide saves you trouble.

Is the Yamuna clean enough for a dip?

The Yamuna is holy to us, and I will also tell you honestly that it is polluted in stretches. I guide you on where a dip is meaningful and where it is better to offer respect from the ghat instead.

Is it true Govardhan should not be climbed?

Yes. Govardhan is revered by walking the parikrama around it, never by climbing it. Any tour that talks about climbing Govardhan does not understand the belief, and I would gently question their local knowledge.

Do you ever invent prices or reviews?

No. Where a rate is not yet confirmed for your dates, I mark it and confirm it before you pay, and I never fake reviews or star ratings. That honesty is the whole reason pilgrims come back to me and send their families.
