Varanasi Prayagraj Ayodhya Tour Package — 3 Nights / 4 Days, from ₹9,999
This is the package most people actually want when they search for an Ayodhya Varanasi trip, because Prayagraj sits almost exactly between the two cities. Skipping it means driving past the Sangam turn-off to save four hours you do not need to save.
Route logic: Varanasi (2N) → Prayagraj (day) → Ayodhya (1N) → depart Ayodhya or Lucknow. Best for: first-time pilgrims, families with elders, anyone flying into Varanasi.
Day-wise itinerary
Day 1 — Arrive Varanasi, evening Ganga Aarti
Pickup at Varanasi airport or Cantt station. Check in near Godowlia or Assi. Late afternoon we walk you to Dashashwamedh Ghat for the Ganga Aarti — it starts at roughly 5:45 pm from October to March and about 6:45 pm from April to September, because it follows sunset rather than a clock. We seat you 45–60 minutes early. Boat viewing is an optional add-on and we will tell you plainly which is better on your date. Overnight Varanasi.
Day 2 — Kashi Vishwanath, the ghats, Sarnath
Early Kashi Vishwanath darshan through the corridor. The temple is open from about 2:30 am to 11:00 pm with a closed window from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, so we always aim for the pre-9 am slot. Afternoon at Sarnath — Dhamek Stupa and the museum. Evening free at the ghats. Overnight Varanasi.
Day 3 — Varanasi to Prayagraj to Ayodhya
Depart by 7:00 am. Varanasi to Prayagraj is 121–125 km on NH-19, about 2.5 to 3 hours. Boat to the actual confluence point at Triveni Sangam, then Bade Hanuman Ji and Akshaya Vat, with Anand Bhawan if time allows. Prayagraj to Ayodhya is about 165–170 km, roughly 3.5 hours. This is a long day and we will not pretend otherwise — you will reach Ayodhya around 8:00 pm, so we keep the evening free and do the temples fresh the next morning. Overnight Ayodhya.
Day 4 — Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanuman Garhi, departure
Ram Mandir darshan on the morning Sugam Darshan e-pass slot we book for you (free, from the temple trust — see the darshan section below). Then Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Dashrath Mahal and Ram Ki Paidi on the Saryu. Drop at Ayodhya Dham station, Ayodhya airport or Lucknow airport, whichever your onward ticket needs.
Ayodhya Varanasi Prayagraj Tour Package — 4 Nights / 5 Days, from ₹12,499
Same three cities, opposite direction, one extra night. Choose this Ayodhya Varanasi Prayagraj tour package if you are flying into Lucknow or Ayodhya, or if the three-night version felt rushed when you read Day 3 above. The extra night removes the long Prayagraj-to-Ayodhya evening drive entirely.
Route logic: Ayodhya (1N) → Prayagraj (1N) → Varanasi (2N) → depart Varanasi.
Day-wise itinerary
Day 1 — Arrive Ayodhya
Pickup at Ayodhya airport, Ayodhya Dham station or Lucknow airport (Lucknow to Ayodhya is about 135 km, 2.5–3 hours). Check in on Ram Path. Evening Saryu Aarti at Ram Ki Paidi, which runs at around 7:00 pm for about 45 minutes. Overnight Ayodhya.
Day 2 — Ram Janmabhoomi, then Prayagraj
Morning Ram Mandir darshan on your booked slot, followed by Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan and Nageshwarnath. Depart after lunch for Prayagraj. Evening at Sangam ghat. Overnight Prayagraj.
Day 3 — Sangam morning, drive to Varanasi
Sunrise boat to the confluence, Akshaya Vat and Allahabad Fort exterior, Bade Hanuman Ji. Afternoon drive to Varanasi, 121 km, arriving in time for the Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh. Overnight Varanasi.
Day 4 — Kashi Vishwanath and the ghats
Pre-dawn option: Mangala Aarti at Kashi Vishwanath, which needs a paid temple-trust booking and a 2:00–2:30 am reporting time. Otherwise, early corridor darshan. Sunrise boat ride from Assi to Manikarnika. Afternoon Sarnath or Ramnagar Fort. Overnight Varanasi.
Day 5 — Departure
Kal Bhairav and Sankat Mochan on the way out if your flight allows, then drop at Varanasi airport or Cantt station.
Vrindavan Ayodhya Varanasi Tour Package — 6 Nights / 7 Days, from ₹17,999
This is the full Ram-and-Krishna circuit: the land where Krishna was born and grew up, and the two cities that hold Ram and Shiva. It is the trip we know best, because Braj is home — I was born in Gokul and our office and vehicle fleet sit in Mathura district.
Be honest with yourself about the geography before you book. Vrindavan to Ayodhya is about 480–500 km, nine to ten hours by road, or ten to twelve hours by train to Ayodhya via Lucknow. That leg is a full travel day whichever way you cut it. We build it as an overnight train where the timings work, or a daytime drive with a lunch halt where they do not — and we tell you which before you pay, not after.
Route logic: Vrindavan (2N) → Mathura → Ayodhya (1N) → Prayagraj (1N) → Varanasi (2N).
Day-wise itinerary
Day 1 — Arrive Delhi or Mathura, transfer to Vrindavan
Pickup from Delhi airport, Nizamuddin, Agra or Mathura Junction — the same arrival pattern as our Mathura Vrindavan tour packages from Delhi. Evening Banke Bihari darshan and the Prem Mandir light show. Check the Banke Bihari darshan timing before you plan the evening, because the temple closes between the morning and evening sessions. Overnight Vrindavan.
Day 2 — Vrindavan and Mathura
Morning at Banke Bihari, Radha Raman, Nidhivan and ISKCON. Afternoon in Mathura: Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, Dwarkadhish, Vishram Ghat aarti. Gokul and Raman Reti if the day allows. Overnight Vrindavan.
Day 3 — Braj to Ayodhya
The long leg. Either the overnight rail option via Mathura Junction, or a daytime drive on the Agra–Lucknow Expressway; the road version is the Ayodhya to Mathura route run in reverse. Arrive Ayodhya evening. Nothing scheduled after arrival. Overnight Ayodhya.
Day 4 — Ayodhya, then Prayagraj
Ram Janmabhoomi on your morning slot, Hanuman Garhi, Kanak Bhawan, Ram Ki Paidi. Afternoon drive to Prayagraj, about 165 km. Overnight Prayagraj.
Day 5 — Sangam, drive to Varanasi
Confluence boat, Akshaya Vat, Bade Hanuman Ji. Drive to Varanasi, arrive for Ganga Aarti. Overnight Varanasi.
Day 6 — Kashi Vishwanath, ghats, Sarnath
Early corridor darshan, sunrise boat, Sarnath in the afternoon. Overnight Varanasi.
Day 7 — Departure Varanasi.
Kashi Ayodhya Vrindavan Tour Package — 5 Nights, from ₹15,499
The same circuit with Prayagraj removed and Mathura reduced to a half-day. Choose this Kashi Ayodhya Vrindavan tour package when you have five nights rather than six and the Sangam is not a priority — for example if you have already done a Kumbh or Magh Mela snan in a previous year. Runs Varanasi-first or Vrindavan-first depending on your flights.
Varanasi Ayodhya Mathura Vrindavan Tour Package — 6 Nights, from ₹17,999
This is the version to ask for when Mathura matters as much as Vrindavan. It adds a dedicated Mathura night, which buys you Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi without a clock running, the Vishram Ghat evening aarti, and Gokul, Mahavan and Raman Reti the next morning — the Gokul side of Braj that day-trippers from Vrindavan almost always miss. Same price band as package 8 because the extra Mathura night replaces a Vrindavan night rather than adding one.
Ayodhya Varanasi Mathura Vrindavan Tour Package — 6 Nights, from ₹17,999
Identical content, reversed. Book this Ayodhya Varanasi Mathura Vrindavan tour package if you are arriving into Lucknow or Ayodhya airport and departing from Delhi. Ending in Braj rather than starting there has one practical advantage: you finish 3.5 hours from Delhi airport instead of 12 hours from it, so the last day is not a race.
Varanasi Ayodhya Vrindavan Tour Package — 4 Nights, from ₹13,499
The compressed version, for travellers with a working week rather than a holiday. Two nights Varanasi, one Ayodhya, one Vrindavan, with the Braj leg flown or taken by overnight train from Ayodhya or Lucknow. It works, but it is tight — you get one evening and one morning in Vrindavan, which covers Banke Bihari, Prem Mandir and ISKCON and not much else. If Nidhivan, Barsana and Gokul are on your list, take package 7 instead. Saying so costs us a sale sometimes; it saves you a disappointing trip.
Varanasi Prayagraj Ayodhya Vrindavan Tour Package — 6 Nights, from ₹17,999
All four destinations, run west to east or east to west. This is package 8 by another name and the most complete route on this page: Sangam, Ram Janmabhoomi, Kashi Vishwanath and Banke Bihari in one journey. If you are joining from the Sangam end, the Prayagraj to Vrindavan leg is the one to read up on first.
Ayodhya Varanasi Vrindavan Tour Package — 5 Nights, from ₹15,499
The three-city version without Prayagraj or a Mathura night. Ayodhya first, Kashi second, Braj last.
Kashi Mathura Vrindavan Tour Package — 4 Nights / 5 Days, from ₹13,999
Not everyone wants Ayodhya. The Kashi Mathura Vrindavan tour package is the classic Shiva-and-Krishna pairing — Kashi Vishwanath, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, and Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, joined by the Ganga at one end and the Yamuna at the other. It is also the easiest of these circuits to fly into, because both ends have good air and rail links.
Mathura to Varanasi is about 700–720 km. There is no sensible way to drive that in a day, so we always run this leg by overnight train — Mathura Junction to Varanasi or vice versa — and use the day you save in a temple instead of on a highway.
Route: Varanasi (2N) → overnight train → Mathura (1N) → Vrindavan (1N) → drop Delhi or Agra.
Days 1–2 Varanasi: Kashi Vishwanath corridor darshan, Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh, sunrise boat, Sarnath, Kal Bhairav. Day 3 Mathura: Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, Dwarkadhish, Vishram Ghat aarti, Gokul. Day 4 Vrindavan: Banke Bihari, Radha Raman, Nidhivan, Prem Mandir, ISKCON. Day 5: Barsana or Govardhan on the way out, then Delhi or Agra drop.
Kashi Mathura Vrindavan Tour Package Price from Kolkata
Kolkata travellers usually fly or take the overnight rail into Varanasi, do the circuit west, and fly home from Delhi. The land package price from ₹13,999 per person twin sharing is unchanged; the variable is your travel to Varanasi and home from Delhi. We do not mark up airfare — book your own flights and we will tell you exactly which arrival and departure windows the itinerary can absorb, or we will book them at actual cost with the ticket copy shared. Kolkata to Varanasi is roughly a 1 hour 40 minute flight, or an overnight train.
Kashi Mathura Vrindavan Tour Package Price from Mumbai
Same land price. Mumbai has direct flights to Varanasi and to Delhi, which makes the open-jaw version — into Varanasi, out of Delhi — the sensible booking, and it saves you a backtrack of about 800 km. If you would rather do it entirely by rail, the Mumbai–Varanasi and Mathura–Mumbai trains both run daily, and we plan the circuit around your PNR once you have it.
Kashi Mathura Vrindavan Tour Package Price from Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai
South Indian groups usually add Prayagraj, because if you have travelled this far the Sangam is two hours off the route. Ask for package 3 or 8 rather than 6. We run several South-origin groups a year and can arrange a Telugu-, Kannada- or Tamil-speaking coordinator with advance notice, plus South Indian meal arrangements at the Varanasi and Vrindavan hotels.
Other Route Combinations We Operate
These run less often but are fully operated circuits, not custom quotes invented on request.
Ayodhya Mathura Vrindavan Tour Package — 4 Nights, from ₹13,499
Ram and Krishna without Kashi. Ayodhya first, then the long transfer to Braj, then two nights across Mathura and Vrindavan. Good for travellers who have already done Varanasi, or who want a gentler trip with one fewer long drive.
Varanasi Mathura Vrindavan Tour Package — 4 Nights, from ₹13,999
The same as the Kashi Mathura Vrindavan package above — Kashi and Varanasi are two names for one city. If you searched using "Varanasi" rather than "Kashi", you are looking at package 6.
Ayodhya Agra Mathura Vrindavan Tour Package — 8 Nights, from ₹22,999
The longest circuit on this page, and the one for a family doing this once. Varanasi, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Agra, Mathura, Vrindavan, ending at Delhi airport. Agra adds the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and, if you want it, Fatehpur Sikri — the Taj is closed to tourists on Fridays, so we build the Agra day around that. Braj sits 55–60 km from Agra, so the Agra-to-Vrindavan leg is the easiest transfer in the whole circuit. If you want the Agra and Braj half on its own, that is our Delhi Agra Mathura Vrindavan tour package.
Gaya Kashi Vrindavan Tour Package — 6 Nights, from ₹18,499
For pilgrims combining pind daan at Gaya with Kashi and Braj. Bodhgaya and the Mahabodhi Temple sit 13 km from Gaya, so we include both. Gaya to Varanasi is about 250 km or a short train hop. If you are travelling for shraddh rituals, tell us at enquiry — the timings are fixed by the ritual, not by us, and the itinerary has to be built backwards from your appointed date and pandit.
What Is Included, and What Is Not
Two lists, kept separate on purpose. An exclusion hidden inside an inclusion list is the oldest trick in this industry and we do not use it.
Included in every package
- Hotel accommodation on twin-sharing basis for every night listed
- Daily breakfast at the hotel
- Air-conditioned vehicle with driver for the entire circuit, including all intercity transfers
- All tolls, state permits, parking and driver allowance
- Airport, railway station and hotel pickups and drops
- Local coordinator in each city, reachable on one number
- Assistance booking the free Ram Mandir Sugam Darshan e-pass slot
- Ganga Aarti seating coordination at Dashashwamedh Ghat
- All applicable taxes on our services except GST, which is billed separately at 5%
Not included
- Airfare and train tickets between your origin city and the circuit
- Lunches and dinners, unless a fixed meal plan is agreed in writing
- Temple paid-darshan and aarti tickets where the temple charges — for example Kashi Vishwanath Sugam Darshan, Sparsh Darshan or Mangala Aarti
- Boat rides at Varanasi and Prayagraj (₹300–₹500 per person shared, more for a private boat)
- Guide fees at Sarnath, Agra and Ayodhya where you want a licensed local guide
- Entry tickets at Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Anand Bhawan and museums
- Camera and video charges, e-rickshaw hops inside restricted temple zones
- Anything personal: laundry, tips, room service, shopping
- 5% GST
- Peak-date surcharges during Deepotsav, Ram Navami, Dev Deepawali, Mahashivratri and the Magh Mela period, quoted upfront on your dates
Why Our Price Is What It Is
You can find this circuit cheaper. You should know what changes when you do.
| Cheapest quotes you will see | Our packages | Marketplace listings | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical 4-day price | ₹5,500–₹6,500 pp | ₹9,999 pp | ₹8,800–₹25,000 pp |
| Vehicle | Shared coach or a cab hired that morning | Our own fleet, same driver the whole circuit | Subcontracted locally |
| Hotel | Unnamed, confirmed on arrival | Named category, confirmed in writing before balance | Named, but you handle problems yourself |
| Who answers at 11 pm in Ayodhya | Nobody | Our coordinator, one number | A call centre in another city |
| Darshan slots | You queue | We book your free e-pass slot in advance | Not handled |
| GST invoice | Often not offered | Always, GSTIN 09BZFPM8067A1Z9 | Yes |
| Long transfer days | Not mentioned until you are in the car | Told to you before you pay | Not mentioned |
The gap between ₹6,500 and ₹9,999 is not margin. It is the vehicle not being a gamble, the hotel not being a surprise, and someone answering the phone in the city you are actually standing in.
And the honest weakness: Day 3 of the four-day itinerary is a nine-hour travel day with two temple stops in it. We could hide that behind cheerful wording. We would rather you know now, and either accept it or take the five-day version where it disappears.
Booking Direct Versus a Marketplace
A marketplace sells you a listing. We operate the trip. In practice that means three things you cannot get from a booking platform:
- The itinerary changes when reality does. Aarti timings move with sunset, temple corridors close for VIP movement, and festival traffic in Ayodhya can shut the Ram Path to vehicles. We re-plan the day. A voucher cannot.
- One number for the whole trip. +91 73022 65809 reaches the same team in Vrindavan, Mathura, Ayodhya, Prayagraj and Varanasi.
- The price you are quoted is the price on the invoice. No platform service fee added at checkout, no currency conversion spread, no "taxes and fees" line that appears on the last screen.
Hotels and the Substitution Guarantee
Every package is quoted against a named property in each city, not a star rating. "3-star" and "4-star" mean nothing — the budget operator two tabs over is using the same words.
| City | Hotel category we book |
|---|---|
| Varanasi | Near Godowlia, Assi or the Cantt area, 1–4 km from Dashashwamedh |
| Ayodhya | Ram Path / Naya Ghat area, within 2 km of Ram Mandir |
| Prayagraj | Civil Lines, 6–8 km from Sangam |
| Mathura | Near Krishna Janmabhoomi or the Delhi–Agra highway |
| Vrindavan | Chhatikara Road or Parikrama Marg, 2–4 km from Banke Bihari |
| Agra | Fatehabad Road or Taj East Gate |
Our substitution guarantee. Your quote names three alternate properties per city, all in the same category, before you pay anything. We confirm the actual property in writing before you pay the balance. If we cannot deliver a hotel from that named list, you may cancel and we refund your deposit in full. No downgrades, no "or similar" that quietly means something smaller.
One honest note about Varanasi. No vehicle can reach Dashashwamedh Ghat. The old city lanes are too narrow, and every hotel that claims to be "at the ghats" still involves a walk or an e-rickshaw for the last stretch. We choose hotels where that last leg is 5–10 minutes, and our coordinator walks you both ways after the aarti so nobody gets separated in the crowd.
Darshan, Aarti and the Truth About "VIP" Access
This is where most tour pages start lying, so read this section carefully — it will save you money whether or not you book with us.
Ayodhya Ram Mandir. Darshan is free. There is no paid VIP entry. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust runs a free Sugam Darshan e-pass that gives you a timed slot instead of the general queue, booked only at srjbtkshetra.org, with slots opening around 15 days ahead and filling within hours during festivals. Free aarti passes for the Mangala, Shringar and Sandhya aartis work the same way. Anyone charging you for Ram Mandir darshan is running a scam. We book your slot for you as part of the package — that is a service, not access we are selling you.
Kashi Vishwanath. General darshan is free. The temple trust does sell Sugam Darshan (recently around ₹250 per person), Sparsh Darshan and Mangala Aarti tickets, but only at shrikashivishwanath.org. Those are temple charges, not ours, and we pass them through at cost with the receipt. Temple prices change; we confirm the current amount when you book. If someone outside Gate 2 offers you quick darshan for cash, walk away.
Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh. There is no VIP ticket. There is a good place to stand and a bad one, and the difference is arriving an hour early with someone who knows which steps clear first. That is what we do. Boats are a separate paid option and, on a crowded evening, often the better view.
Saryu Aarti at Ram Ki Paidi, around 7:00 pm, about 45 minutes, free and far calmer than Varanasi.
What we actually provide is assisted, well-timed, sevayat-facilitated darshan — the right slot, the right gate, the right hour, someone with you. Not a queue jump that does not exist.
Distances, Drive Times and How the Circuit Joins Up
| Leg | Road distance | Realistic time | How we run it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Varanasi → Ayodhya | 200–220 km | 4–5 hours | AC car via NH-731 / NH-330 |
| Varanasi → Prayagraj | 121–125 km | 2.5–3 hours | AC car via NH-19 |
| Prayagraj → Ayodhya | 165–170 km | 3–3.5 hours | AC car |
| Varanasi → Ayodhya via Prayagraj | ~280 km | 6–7 hours | Two-day plan, never same-day |
| Ayodhya → Mathura / Vrindavan | 480–500 km | 9–10 hours by road; 10–12 hours by train to Mathura Jn | Overnight train preferred |
| Varanasi → Mathura / Vrindavan | 700–720 km | 11–14 hours by train | Overnight train, always |
| Mathura Jn → Vrindavan | 13 km | 25–35 minutes | Included transfer |
| Agra → Vrindavan | 55–60 km | 1.5 hours | AC car via Yamuna Expressway |
| Lucknow airport → Ayodhya | ~135 km | 2.5–3 hours | AC car |
| Varanasi airport → Ayodhya | ~177 km | 3–3.5 hours | Skips city traffic entirely |
Two planning facts worth knowing. No train terminates at Vrindavan — everyone alights at Mathura Junction and covers the last 13 km by road, and we include that transfer. And Varanasi Cantt station to Dashashwamedh Ghat is only about 4 km, but on a festival evening that can take 45 minutes, which is why our arrival-day plans never schedule anything within two hours of your train time.
Best Time to Travel and 2026–27 Festival Dates
October to March is the comfortable window across the whole circuit — mild days, clear mornings on the Ganga, and the winter aarti timing of about 5:45 pm at Dashashwamedh, which suits families with children. April to June is genuinely hot on the Ayodhya and Prayagraj legs; we shift sightseeing to early morning and evening and keep the middle of the day for travel. July to September brings green Braj and low crowds, but slower highways.
Dates worth planning around:
- Deepotsav, Ayodhya — the days around Diwali, which falls on 8 November 2026. Millions of diyas at Ram Ki Paidi and the Saryu ghats. The exact Deepotsav date and the traffic and parking restrictions are announced by the Uttar Pradesh administration a few weeks ahead, and four-wheelers are kept well outside the centre, so this trip must be planned around shuttles and long walks. Ayodhya hotels sell out three to four months in advance.
- Dev Deepawali, Varanasi — Kartik Purnima, when every ghat is lit. Hotel rates in Varanasi roughly double and the ghats are booked out weeks ahead.
- Ram Navami, Ayodhya — the Surya Tilak at noon, plus the month-long Chaitra Mela. Extremely crowded.
- Mahashivratri, Varanasi — the biggest day of the year at Kashi Vishwanath. Sparsh Darshan is suspended or heavily repriced; expect long general queues.
- Magh Mela, Prayagraj — January to February. Sangam access changes daily and pontoon bridges are added; we rebuild the Prayagraj day around the mela layout.
- Holi in Braj — Phoolon ki Holi at Banke Bihari on 18 March 2027, Holika Dahan 21 March, Rangwali Holi 22 March. If your circuit ends in Vrindavan around those dates, book six months out.
We add a peak-date surcharge on these windows and we quote it upfront rather than discovering it after you have paid a deposit.

Frequently asked questions
How many days do I need for an Ayodhya Varanasi tour package?
Three nights is the honest minimum if you want both cities without rushing, and four to five nights if you are adding Prayagraj. A same-day Varanasi to Ayodhya round trip is possible — it is 200–220 km each way, about 4 to 5 hours in each direction — but it is a 14-hour day with roughly four hours in Ayodhya.
What does the price include, and is it per person?
All prices on this page are per person on twin-sharing basis, minimum two travellers, and include hotels, AC vehicle with driver, all tolls and parking, driver allowance, transfers and daily breakfast. GST at 5% is added. Airfare, train tickets, lunches, dinners, boat rides and temple paid-darshan tickets are not included.
Is there VIP darshan at Ayodhya Ram Mandir?
No. Darshan is free and there is no paid fast-track. The temple trust offers a free Sugam Darshan e-pass with a timed slot, booked only at srjbtkshetra.org, usually released about 15 days ahead. We book that slot for you. Anyone selling paid Ram Mandir darshan is not authorised.
Do I need to pay for Kashi Vishwanath darshan?
General darshan is free. The temple trust sells optional Sugam Darshan (recently around ₹250 per person), Sparsh Darshan and Mangala Aarti tickets at shrikashivishwanath.org only. These are temple charges passed through at cost with the receipt, and the amounts change from time to time.
What time is the Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat?
Roughly 5:45 pm from October to March and about 6:45 pm from April to September, lasting around 45 minutes. It follows sunset, so it moves by 10–15 minutes through the year. We seat you 45–60 minutes early.
Can I combine Vrindavan with Ayodhya and Varanasi?
Yes — that is packages 5, 7 and 8 on this page. Understand the geography first: Vrindavan to Ayodhya is 480–500 km and Vrindavan to Varanasi is around 700 km, so a full travel day or an overnight train has to sit somewhere in the itinerary. Six nights makes it comfortable; four makes it tight.
Is there a direct train to Vrindavan?
No. All trains terminate at Mathura Junction, 13 km away, and the last stretch is by road. That transfer is included in every package that touches Braj.
Which airport should I fly into?
Varanasi (LBS) for any circuit starting in Kashi, Lucknow or Ayodhya for the Ayodhya-first routes, and Delhi for anything beginning in Braj. Open-jaw — in at one end, out at the other — is almost always cheaper in time and money than returning to where you started.
Are these packages suitable for elderly travellers?
Mostly, with two caveats. Kashi Vishwanath and Banke Bihari involve standing and walking in crowds, and no vehicle reaches Dashashwamedh Ghat. We use hotels with the shortest possible final walk, arrange wheelchairs and e-rickshaws where they are permitted, and will restructure the itinerary to remove long drives if you tell us at enquiry.
Can you arrange a private vehicle for just my family?
Yes. Every package is private by default — your family alone in the vehicle, with the same driver throughout. We do not run shared coaches on these circuits.
Do you provide guides at each city?
We provide a coordinator throughout. Licensed local guides at Sarnath, Ayodhya and Agra are available at extra cost, and we recommend one for Agra and Sarnath in particular.
Do you offer meals for South Indian, Jain or satvik diets?
Yes, with advance notice. Braj hotels handle satvik and no-onion-no-garlic requests routinely; Varanasi and Prayagraj need a day's notice. Tell us at enquiry rather than on arrival.
When should I book for Deepotsav or Dev Deepawali?
Three to four months ahead for Ayodhya around Diwali (8 November 2026) and at least two months for Dev Deepawali in Varanasi. Both sell out and both carry peak surcharges, which we quote upfront.
What if the hotel you named is not available?
Your quote names three alternates per city in the same category, and we confirm the actual property in writing before the balance is due. If we cannot deliver from that named list, you can cancel and we refund your deposit in full.
