By road, the distance from Vrindavan to Agra is about 70 to 84 km and the drive takes roughly 1 hour 40 minutes. There are three main ways.

The NH 44 route is the shortest and just as quick as any and the one I recommend; the Yamuna Expressway route is longer in distance but a smooth, fast road, similar in time. For so short a distance, flying makes no sense. Both are reached by road or rail; the nearest major airport is Delhi and Agra has a small airport with very limited flights. A car or train between Vrindavan and the Taj is far simpler than any flight.
